When we started Marketing Grit we both felt strongly that we wanted to deliver great service, strategy, and creative to our clients.

When we worked in corporate, we had direct exposure with loads of agencies over the years - some amazing, some okay, and some, well not okay. The amazing ones stood out because they lived our brand, understood our strategy, and were truly our partners.

The Client: 
 

'Headstart Kids (HSK) is a nonprofit registered section 18a company. Their goal is to eradicate malnutrition among children (ages 6 months to 5 years) from low-income communities in South Africa.

HSK is a remarkable company founded by a very inspirational woman, Lily Geerds.

Since starting their first pilot project in 2015, they have grown exponentially and now provide micro-nutrients to around 150 000 preschool children every day.

The Challenge: 

As with many companies that expand quickly, Headstart Kids found themselves experiencing growing pains. They required assistance with marketing as well as business strategy development and execution.

From a brand awareness they 'boxed way below' their weight and as such, required brand development, website development, CRM set-up and implementation, social media management (paid and organic) as well a solid marketing and business strategy ...

Hitchcock & Associates is a leading immigration specialist with over 35 years  experience in providing expert immigration advice and services to professionals and corporates.

The Client: 
 

Hitchcock & Associates is a leading immigration specialist with over 35 years  experience in providing expert immigration advice and services to professionals and corporates.

The Challenge: 

Despite a solid reputation as the pre-eminent migration agency to Australia, complex and dynamic immigration regulation combined with the impact of Covid 19 propelled Hitchcock & Associates to review their marketing strategy, their brand as well as their market presence. 

The Client: 
 

Olivia Wallis is a skilled professional having spent many successful years in corporate. Her true passion however is to work with women to assist and guide them to live their best life. After receiving her internationally accredited coaching qualifications, Olivia decided to 'take the leap' and start her own coaching business.

The Challenge: 

Olivia reached out to Marketing Grit to assist her in developing a sustainable business model that would allow her to generate an ongoing revenue stream that is not solely dependent on her hours/direct participation.

Kathy used her considerable experience and stellar reputation (having been based in Dubai for several years working in the premium accommodation sector) to seize a gap in the market and to open 'Homes by Kathy' (HBK). 

Homes by Kathy provides a comprehensive range of home services,
managing the operation of exclusive luxury real estate investments
and personal projects homes for high-net worth families and
individuals who own property in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Challenge: 

IKathy was looking for a partner to work with her to develop her new brand and related collateral.
